My goal is to transport you to Sardinia with every bite blending the authentic flavours of my heritage with the serenity of the Noosa River. Nick our Skipper will be your first point of contact at 4:00pm for a 4:30pm departure. He will be waiting at the main glass door at the Marina so please meet us there as the sunset waits for no one.
