Where and what time do the cruises depart?
We are based at the one and only Noosa Marina.
2 Parkyn Court, Tewantin 4565

There is plenty of parking at the Noosa Marina, but at times it can be the place to be which then, parking may be limited. Please allow plenty of time to get to the Marina and find a park.

Boarding will take place from the Noosa Ferry Terminal in front of the Marina Bar. Please find our skipper Nick at the Terminal. He will greet you and guide you on how to get down to our boat.

We kindly ask that you arrive 20 minutes before the departure time.

LUNCH: 11.10am for a 11.30am departure

SUNSET DINNER: 4.10pm for a 4.30pm departure.
The Sunset waits for no one, so we greatly appreciate your punctuality for our Sunset Dinner cruises. Please let us know if you are running late otherwise you may be swimming after us to come aboard.

Just to let you know there are some major road works near the Noosa Marina. This is causing delays of up to 45mins from Noosa Heads to the Noosa Marina. If you plan to drive to the Noosa Marina please check your navigation for delays and allow extra time for your journey.

What are the booking terms and conditions?
With being a floating restaurant, we are faced with more challenges than most other restaurants. Structure and patience is required for us to operate within the standards that we aspire to.
To confirm our Lunch and Dinner cruises we require a minimum number of 6 adults Wednesday – Saturday, and 8 adults on Sunday’s. Therefore, we kindly ask you to understand and keep in mind that we may need to cancel the cruise and reschedule you to another day. We will be in touch if our numbers are low. If we cancel your cruise you are entitled to a full refund or a rescheduled date.
What is your cancellation policy?
To cancel your booking and receive a full refund we require 7 days notice from your cruise date.
To reschedule your booking we require 3 days notice from your cruise date.
Late cancellations or No Shows result in full charge.
When do I choose my menu selection?

How long is my voucher valid for?
Can you collect me from Hastings Street?
Yes, our vessel can collect you and your party at various locations along the Noosa River including Elysium or Noosa Woods Jetty (End of Hastings St). This is only possible for a Private booking.

Do you allow Bring Your Own Alcohol (BYO) on the Noosa Cruiser?
Are there any surcharges?
Yes, we have surcharges for the below:
A 1.9% merchant surcharge applies to all card payments.
10% surcharge applies on Sundays
15% surcharge applies on Public Holidays
